Monday: SAD SONGS FOR DIRTY LOVERS
Sad Songs For Dirty Lovers has arrived - a new weekly clubnight running upstairs in Buffalo Bar every Monday. If you find other nights are lacking the fun factor, or are tired of the city centre cattle markets, then why not pop along to Buffalo where Buffel Beer is £2 a PINT and you're guaranteed not to offend your eardrums.
Sad Songs will playing a selection of Indie, Alternative & Punk and trying to avoid religious inclusion of the same old songs every bloody week.

Welcome to Sunday Sinema, a series of screenings which will explore or plumb the depths, depending on your personal taste, of the wilder, sleazier, stranger and psychedelic side of film. From lurid Italian Giallo flicks and modern tales of Satanism to dreamlike Gallic tales of vampiric eroticism and trashy American video store horror classics from the 80s, each Sunday will present movies that will amaze, astound, offend and occasionally turn stomachs.
Each event will bring you a feature presentation designed to blow your mind and we're also presenting nights dedicated to some of the UK best independent DVD labels, companies such as Nucleus, Redemption and Shameless Screen Entertainment that are committed to bringing obscure and sometimes forgotten gems from the annals of exploitation cinema.
Many of these movies come from a lost era of B-movie madness, when small producers could make a fast buck by delivering the kind of queasy thrills and sexy shenanigans that the major studios either couldn't or didn't want to wallow in.

Buffalo is Cardiff’s most insightful and creative venue, an amalgamation of eating, drinking and playing. A music-focused bar enveloped in cutting edge design and illustration with community at its heart.
Buffalo comprises four unique areas; Bar, Upstairs Club, Hidden Garden and Kitchen.
In the Bar you can relax in our vintage sofas, view the original artwork, enjoy a cocktail or a coffee, read a newspaper, or later in the evening listen to our quality DJ’s playing selections of old and new music.
In our live space we provide a stage to Wales’s live music scene seven nights a week hosting new and up and coming bands as well as those traveling from afar to play Buffalo’s intimate stage Live music is then followed by complementing DJ’s playing between genres and decades to each event.
The Hidden Garden provides plenty of space to enjoy a meal or relax with a drink. On special events we open it up to incorporate live music and themed events.
The Buffalo Kitchen presents freshly prepared food daily locally sourced suppliers using the finest ingredients. Our aim is to provide good quality British food fused with flavors from around the world.
